Many happy returns to our lovely gentleman Eetu (B. Rumba) who celebrates his birthday 28.11.2012 with a big party! Congratulations also to Eetu's littermates!

Frida 12.07.1997 - 08.11.2012

Over 15 years ago we were present when Frida (B. Lucky Coin) came to this world as the first-born puppy of our very first litter. Today we were holding our old gray-nosed friend in our arms when she peacefully passed away and joined her mother Alma and all the littermates on the Rainbow Bridge.

Frida had a long, good and healthy life. The beautiful bitch was succesful both in show ring and in different hobbies gaining nice results and many champion titles. She made us so proud.

Frida was a kind and good-natured bitch and she was always friendly to other dogs and people. She was modest but in her quiet and gentle way she gained everybody's devotion. The last few years Frida was the dignified and respected leader among our dogs.

We knew that our time together was running out and we lived one day at a time with Frida. During the autumn months her condition started slowly to go down and we had to make the final and most difficult decision for her best and let her go.

Thank you Frida for all these years, we will meet again some day.

Uuno 17.03.2005 - 31.07.2012

We received a sad message telling that the 7-years-old Uuno (B. Gorgonzola) had passed away. Just a few days ago everything was okay and the dog was happily running outside. Today the veterinarian found that Uuno's lungs were full of tumours and nothing could be done. Our deepest sympathy to Heidi who always took so good care of Uuno.

Dotti 28.11.2002 - 09.05.2012

Today we got a sad message telling that the 9-years-old Dotti (B. Merenque) had passed away. Yesterday morning everything was okay but during the day Dotti had been ill. The veterinarian found an aggressive and widely spread ovarian cancer and there was nothing to do. Our deepest sympathy to family Kiesvaara who always took so good care of Dotti.

Martta The best retriever in Field Trial 2011 of SSN

Martta (B. Starling) was awarded with a trophy 29.02.2012 by the local Retriever Club SSN. With her results Martta was the most successful retriever of the year 2011 in Field Trial.

Elsa's news 2/2012

Our 10-year-old Elsa (B. One And Only) visited the veterinarian for a health check and the old lady was thoroughly examined. It was nice to hear that the results of laboratory tests were normal and the heart was okay.
